Weeknight BBQ Pork Tenderloin

WEEKNIGHT BBQ PORK TENDERLOIN

4 Steps Until A Delicious Dinner

PREP — 10 Minutes    COOK — 15 Minutes

ingredients

• 1/2 cup Schultz’s Gourmet BBQ Sauce

• 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• 1 tbsp. Honey

• 1 tsp. Onion Powder

• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

• Grapeseed Oil

• 3/4 tsp. Kosher Salt

• 3/4 tsp. Black Pepper

• 1 1/2 lb. Pork Tenderloin, trimmed

directions

1.  Preheat your grill to medium-high, about 450°F. 

2.  Stir together BBQ Sauce, vinegar, 2 tablespoons water, Worcestershire sauce, honey, onion powder and garlic powder in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring often, for 5 minutes. Set aside 1/2 cup of the sauce for later.

3.  Generously oil grill grate with grapeseed oil. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper and grill, turning occasionally, for 15 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce and grill, turning occasionally for about 5 minutes. If using a meat thermometer, it should register 145°F at the thickest portion.

4.  Serve with reserved 1/2 cup of sauce. Enjoy!

Barbecue Rib Sandwich

Barbecue Rib Sandwich

A Rack-O-Ribs “Hero”.

PREP — 20 Minutes    COOK — 1.5 Hours

ingredients

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

2 teaspoons chili powder

• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

• 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

• 3/4 Cup Schultz’s Spicy Mesquite BBQ Sauce

• One 1 1/2-pound meaty rack baby back ribs

• Sliced onion and dill pickle slices, for serving

• 4 Brioche Buns

 

directions

1.  For the ribs: Prepare an outdoor grill l for cooking over indirect medium heat (if your grill has a thermometer, aim to keep the temperature at about 350 degrees F). Combine the brown sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika, granulated garlic and 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl.

2.  Insert a butter knife between the membrane and bone on the back of the rack of ribs. Grab the membrane with a paper towel to grip it and pull off and discard the membrane. Sprinkle the spice mixture on both sides of the ribs and rub it in. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and set on the indirect side of the grill. Cook, turning the package once, until the meat is tender and pulling from the bone but not totally falling apart, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minute.

3.  When the ribs are tender, remove them from the grill and unwrap them (leave the grill on). Let cool until you can touch the ribs without burning your fingers. With a knife, slit the skin on the back of the ribs and carefully pull out the bones, keeping the slab in one piece.

4.  Increase the grill temperature to high for cooking over direct heat. Add the boneless slab to the grill, rounded-side up, and brush with some of the Spicy Mesquite BBQ sauce. Grill until the underside begins to crisp, about 2 minutes. Carefully flip the slab and brush the underside of the ribs with more sauce. Continue to grill the ribs until they’re glossy and caramelized, 2 to 3 minutes more. Divide the rib slab into four servings. Place the ribs on the brioche buns, brush with more sauce and top with onions and pickles. Serve with the extra sauce on the side.

Spicy BBQ Lamb Chops

Spicy BBQ Lamb Chops

Grilled lamb chops with a spicy barbecue marinade.

PREP — 35 Minutes    COOK — 10 Minutes

ingredients

1/4 cup tomato sauce

• 2 tablespoons of Schultz’s Original BBQ Sauce

• 1 tsp Schultz’s Spicy Original Cooking Sauce

• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tablespoon malt vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons brown sugar

2 pounds lamb chops  

directions

1.  In a large mixing bowl add the tomato sauce, Schultz’s Spicy Original, Schultz’s Original BBQ Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, and brown sugar. Mix the ingredients together and then add your lamb chops to the mixture. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

2.  Preheat an your grill to high heat and lightly oil the grates.

3.  Add the lamb chops to the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning frequently and basting often with the marinade. The internal temperature of the chops should reach a minimum of 145 °F (63 °C).

4.  Remove from the grill and serve while hot. Enjoy!

BBQ Grilled Chicken

BBQ Grilled Chicken

Tender marinated chicken with bbq sauce, honey and lime.

PREP — 5 Minutes    COOK — 25 Minutes   

TOTAL — 30 Minutes  SERVINGS — 4

ingredients

2 cups Schultz’s Original BBQ Sauce

• Juice of 1 lime

• 2 tbsp. honey

• 1 tbsp. Schultz’s Spicy Original Cooking Sauce

• Kosher salt

• Freshly ground black pepper

• 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (or drumsticks)

• Vegetable oil, for grill

directions

1.  In a large bowl, whisk together Schultz’s Original BBQ Sauce, lime juice, honey, and Schultz’s Spicy Original Sauce and season with salt and pepper. Set aside 1/2 cup for basting.

2.  Add chicken to bowl and toss until coated.

3.  Heat grill to high. Oil grates and grill chicken, basting with reserved marinade, until charred, 8 minutes per side for breasts, and 10 to 12 minutes per side for drumsticks!

Brisket Burnt Ends

Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside and bursting with flavor!

PREP — 10 Minutes    COOK — 1 Hour 40 Minutes   

TOTAL — 1 Hour 50 Minutes    SERVINGS — 6-8

ingredients

• Brisket Point (from a low and slow smoked prime brisket, pre-cooked)

Hot Dayum Rub, or substitute Schultz’s Seasoning & Rub

• 2 cups Schultz’s Sweet Hickory Barbecue Sauce

• Honey

• Brown Sugar

• Butter

directions

1. Cube the cooked point of a brisket and place the cubes in a cooking tin or pan (grill-safe). Smother with Hot Dayum or Schultz’s Gourmet Rub. Add 2 cups of Schultz’s Sweet Hickory Barbecue Sauce and mix. Top with drizzled honey, brown sugar and place a few small cubes of butter on top.

2. Cover the tin with foil and cook on the grill at 275°F for about an hour, or until the cubes are tender and sticky. Once tender and when the sauce begins to thicken, turn the grill temperature up to 350°F. Leave for around 30-40 more minutes and let the meat crisp up and the sauce thicken more.

3.  Remove the tin pan from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
