Seafood or Wild Game Marinade

SEAFOOD OR WILD GAME MARINADE

Whether you’re marinading wild game or seafood, this will add all kinds of kick! The vinegar in the sauce will break down the meat and make it juicier and more flavorful.

PREP — 30 Minutes    COOK — 5-6 Hours    

TOTAL — 1.5-2.5 Hours  SERVINGS — Six

ingredients

• 14-20 oz. of Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Hot Sauce

• 1tbsp Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub

• 12-16 oz. of your favorite lager

• 2 cloves garlic finely chopped

• 1 tbsp. of mustard of choice

• 1 tsp of liquid smoke

• Pinch of kosher sea salt to taste

directions

1.  Mix all ingredients thoroughly then apply as marinade to your wild game or fresh seafood.

Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip

BUFFALO CHICKEN CHEESE DIP

Whether you’re bringing it to a tailgate before the big game or enjoying it as an appetizer- this buffalo chicken cheese dip always sounds good.

PREP — 1 Hour    COOK — 20 Minutes Per Pound    

TOTAL — 1.5-2.5 Hours  SERVINGS — Six

ingredients

• 1.5 lb. cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped or shredded

• 1-8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

• 1 cup Ranch dressing

• 1⁄2- 3⁄4 cup Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Cooking Hot Sauce

• 1-2 tbsp. Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub

• 1⁄2- 3⁄4 cup Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Cooking Hot Sauce

directions

1.  Soak mesquite wood chips for 30-45 minutes prior to lighting grill.  

2.  Coat chicken with ample amount of Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub (make sure rub gets under chicken skin). Check that all sides of the chicken are thoroughly covered.

3.  Use your smoker or follow these directions for your Weber Grill: In the grill, make two small piles of briquettes on opposite side of the grill. Once charcoals have thin layer white ash on them, add your wood chips.

4.  After the wood is smoking, place chicken in between charcoal piles on cooking grate.

5. Cook until center reaches 165°F.

6. Enjoy!

WHOLE SMOKED CHICKEN

PAN SEARED TROUT

You’ll be back for seconds, maybe even thirds!

PREP — 50 Minutes    COOK — 6-10 Minutes    

TOTAL — 1 Hour  SERVINGS — Six

ingredients

• 1-2lbs. Trout

• 4 tbsp. of Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub

• 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

directions

1.  Season both sides of trout fillet with Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub. 

2.  Place butter on medium skillet and melt butter, then place trout in skillet.

3.  Cook for 3-5 minutes (depending on the size of the fillet) then flip trout.

4.  Continue cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 °F then remove from heat.

5. Serve as a sandwich or with Schultz’s Gourmet Roasted Asparagus or Roasted Brussel Sprouts.

6. Enjoy!

Spicy Shrimp Pasta

SPICY SHRIMP PASTA

When it comes to Spicy Shrimp Pasta…you’ll be back for seconds, maybe even thirds!

PREP — 20 Minutes    COOK — 20 Minutes    

TOTAL — 40 Minutes  SERVINGS — Six

ingredients

• -10-15oz Pasta noodles (we prefer Gemelli, Gigli, or Angel Hair)

• 1-2 lbs of 21-25ct Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

• 8-10oz Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Hot Sauce

•*Option 2: 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream

•**Option 3: 1/3 Cup favorite white wine

directions

1.  Begin cooking pasta about 5-10 minutes before beginning to cook shrimp. 

2.  Place shrimp into a large frying pan and add Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Hot Sauce.

3.  Cook shrimp in sauce over a medium to medium high heat until most of the shrimp’s transparency is gone but not completely.

4.  Leave shrimp in sauce and continue cooking until shrimp is fully cooked.

5. *Option 2: Add 1/3 cup heavy cream and stir to make a spicy cream sauce.

6. **Option 3: Add 1/3 cup favorite white wine and stir to make a spicy garlic wine sauce.

7. Turn down heat to low and cover until shrimp are done. (Shrimp cook quickly, do not overcook).

8. Pasta should be ready to drain and put onto a serving platter.

9. Once pasta and shrimp are ready, pour over pasta on platter, shake parmesan cheese over dish.

10. Serve with a salad and garlic bread. Enjoy!

SEASONED SEARED SCALLOPS

Seasoned seared scallops… that’s a mouthful. Literally.

PREP — 40 Minutes    COOK — 3-5 Minutes    

TOTAL — 45 Minutes  SERVINGS — Six

ingredients

• 1 lb. dry sea Scallops

• 2 tsp. Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub

• 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

•2 tsp. Unsalted Butter

directions

1.  Remove the small side muscle from scallops, rinse with cold water then pat dry. 

2.  Season scallops with Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub.

3.  Place butter in skillet on high heat.

4.  Once the fat begins to smoke, gently add scallops to skillet. Make sure they don’t touch each other.

5. Sear scallops for 90 seconds on each side.

6. Scallops should have a golden crust on each side and still translucent in the center.

7. Remove from heat and serve.

8. Enjoy!

Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

BUFFALO CHICKEN MAC AND CHEESE

Who doesn’t love mac and cheese? And we made it even better!

PREP — 20 Minutes    COOK — 60 Minutes    

TOTAL — 80 Minutes  SERVINGS — Six

ingredients

• 7 tbsp. butter

• Kosher Salt

• 2 tsp. dry mustard

•1 lb. macaroni

•3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

•1 bottle of Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Cooking Sauce

•2 tsp. garlic salt

•2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

•2.5 cups of half-and-half

•3.5 cups yellow sharp cheddar (cubed)

• 2 cups of shredded pepper jack cheese

•2/3 cups sour cream

•1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

•1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

directions

1.  Marinade chicken in 7 oz. (1/2 of bottle) of Spicy Original for at least 30 minutes (up to 3 hours). 

2.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

3.  Boil macaroni until al dente. Drain.

4.  Grill or pan fry chicken until cooked through.

5. In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tbps. of butter. Stir in dry mustard and flour until smooth.

6. Whisk in the half-and-half and the rest of the bottle of Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original. Stir until the mixture is thick (2-3 minutes).

7. Whisk in the pepper jack and cheddar cheese until thick. Whisk in the sour cream and garlic salt, continue mixing until smooth.

8. Spread half the cooked macaroni in the baking dish. Top it with the buffalo chicken and the rest of the macaroni.

9. Pour cheese mixture evenly over the top of the entire pan.

10. Heat 2 tbsp. of butter (in microwave) mix with the blue cheese and panko bread crumbs. Drizzle over the pan.

11. Bake for 30-40 minutes- you want it to be bubbly.

12.  Enjoy!

Fiery Habanero Grilled Wings

FIERY HABANERO GRILLED WINGS

Have a glass of milk ready… these bad boys are HOT. They are fiery, flavorful, and plain fantastic.

PREP — 5 Minutes    COOK — 25 Minutes    

TOTAL —30 Minutes  SERVINGS — Five

ingredients

• 5 lbs. of fresh chicken wings

• 3 tbsp. of Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub

•10-12 oz. of Schultz’s Fiery Habanero Cooking Hot Sauce

directions

1.  Season raw chicken wings with Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub then place on grill.

2.  Grill chicken until golden brown (internal temperature 165ºF).

3.  To avoid burning the chicken, constantly flip chicken and cook evenly on both sides. Once chicken is finished, remove from heat.

4.  Warm 10-12oz of Schultz’s Fiery Habanero Cooking Hot Sauce in a medium to large pot and do not boil the sauce.

5. Add the cooked wings directly from the grill into the pot with the hot sauce. Stir well before serving.

6. Enjoy! (Don’t forget some Ranch or Blue Cheese on the side)!

7. Add peppers and onions back to skillet and cook for about another minute.

8. Serve mixture on toasted tortillas with sour cream and Schultz’s Gourmet Green Chili Lime sauce.

9. Enjoy!

GREEN CHILI LIME FAJITAS

Fresh, zesty, and easy! These quick Green Chili Lime Fajitas are a great last minute homemade weeknight dinner.

PREP — 20 Minutes    COOK — 25 Minutes    

TOTAL —40 Minutes  SERVINGS — Three

ingredients

• 3 Bell Peppers (colors of your choice)

• 2 Chicken Breasts or 6-8 Chicken Thighs or Top Sirloin Steak

•1-2 onion (optional)

• 3 tbsp. of Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub

• ¼ Cup Flour

• 6 Tortillas (flour or corn)

• 8-10 oz. of Schultz’s Gourmet Green Chili Lime Sauce

• 4 tbsp. Sour Cream

directions

1.  Slice meat into small strips.

2.  Cover meat strips in Schultz’s Gourmet Premium Seasoning & Rub

3.  Slice peppers and onions into strips.

4.  Heat 1 tbsp. Olive Oil over medium heat in a non stick pan.

5. Add peppers and onions and stir for 3-4 minutes (until soft). Set aside.

6. Add meat to skillet (add oil if necessary. Cook for 3-4 minutes (until cooked through).

7. Add peppers and onions back to skillet and cook for about another minute.

8. Serve mixture on toasted tortillas with sour cream and Schultz’s Gourmet Green Chili Lime sauce.

9. Enjoy!

Sweet Heat Coconut Shrimp

SWEET HEAT COCONUT SHRIMP

Crispy, coconut-y, and OH SO delicious. Sweet Heat Coconut Shrimp are a crispy and fresh seafood option the whole family will love.

PREP — 25 Minutes    COOK — 20 Minutes    

TOTAL —45 Minutes  SERVINGS — Six

ingredients

• 5 large shrimp

• 1 Egg White

• 4 tbsp Schultz’s Gourmet Sweet Heat Hot Sauce

•½ Cup shredded coconut

• ¼ Cup Flour

directions

1.  Preheat oven to 325°F

2.  Remove skin from shrimp. Leave tails attached.

3.  Butterfly shrimp half way then dust with flour.

4.  Mix egg white and Schultz’s Gourmet Sweet Heat Hot Sauce and beat thoroughly.

5. Dip shrimp into hot sauce mixture without dipping the tails then dip into coconut.

6. Refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes.

7. Place shrimp on baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 10 min then flip shrimp.

8. Bake for 10 more minutes until tender and golden brown.

9. Serve with warm Sweet Heat on the side to dip.
